parents visa to Netherlands

Dear all ,
I am tier 1 visa holder validity till 2017 November, living in the UK. Recently my dependant daughter got scholarship offer from Amsterdam university, which she is accepting and processing her visa and other processes.
I would like to ask is there any possibility of getting parents visa to Netherlands, for her initial set up, and further visits during her education.

Check this list to see if you are from a non-visa country (for NL):

Otherwise a Schengen visa is good for up to 90 days in a 180-day period.

For a longer stay you may need a 'machtiging tot voorlopig verblijf' (MVV).
