Applying ILR for me, my wife & my son

Post by srikanthvege » Tue Dec 08, 2015 3:35 pm

Hi,

I am currently in Tier-1 (General) visa and my wife & my son are on Tier-1 depandant visas. My Ilr is due on 25-Jan-2016.

My wife and my son are staying with me in UK from Oct-2011 and completed 2 years and they are also eligible for ILR.

My doubt is, I am going for my ILR with SET (O) form. Should I include my wife and son in my SET (O) application as depandants or should I fill a seperate applications for them. If I include them in my SET (O) application, will they get the visa status as "ILR" or will they get the visa status as "ILR Depandant"?

Please help me on this.

Thanks
Srikant.

1. Q2.
2. There is no concept of "dependant" when one is granted settled status (ILR/PR).
