Tier 5 Creative and Sporting question

Hello,

I've successfully applied for a Tier 5 Creative and Sporting visa before, but I have a question about a new set of circumstances.

I have been offered a contract for 60 days with a UK company in the creative industry, however the locations of the performances will be around Europe on behalf of this UK company. I will still pay tax in the UK.

Is it legal to enter the UK with a tier 5 creative and sporting visa, but work in other european countries on behalf of a UK employer?

You'll need work permits to work in EU, one for each State (or Blue Card)

Yes, a Tier 5 CoS would only cover UK work/performances. Any performances or work in other countries may need separate approval (however, it's worth noting that most of continental Europe deems very short-term work, such as bands on tour, to be outside the necessity of work permits). Take advice from the promoters or agents in each country, but also remember that most of the EU is borderless once you're in - so you won't get an immigration check between, say, France and Belgium.
