There is no mention of "reduced working hours" because there is no concept of sponsorship for "reduced working hours".
You are contracted for 40 hours a week and your sponsorship (and permission from HO to live and work in the UK) is based on that contract. The only way for you work "2 days in a week" (or similar) is to make a new leave to remain application with a new CoS assigned to you based on the "2 days a week working hours and salary" - if you can find a sponsor to sponsor you for "2 days a week" work pattern and HO approves it, that is!dima_a_v wrote:currently i am at 55 at 40 hours a week
