Thanks Perdyann.
I applied as a married couple.
Was Sent COA with no right to work as I hadn't provided an Evidence of my sponsor exercising treaty rights.
I immediately replied the letter with my Spouse's Appointment letter and Payslips.

Never got any call nor visit, Although I think I found someone that parked in front of my house for almost 5 hours and just kept looking at my house.

I think you can contact them once its over 6 months because that's their given time.
I pray you will be pretty favoured soon. All the best.

Dear all,
To up-date on what we have done regarding our refusal.
We sent a strong Covering letter highlighting the incorrect law that they have applied and also pointed out the mistake on guidance given on the application form in relation to an EU national spouse sponsor who has Permanent Residence.
So we requested for a reconsideration of the decision.
We sent this to the Liverpool address on the top of the refusal letter (same address as the one on the COA).
The funny thing is our case is so straight forward with plenty of evidence, yet they made a significant mistake on the application of law which is that those Eu nationals with Permanent residence still have to show they are exercising treaty rights ( we send this evidence in our initial application anyway so clearly the Caseworker ignored that).

Will update as soon as I hear more.

Congratulations to those who have received their RCs and good look to all those waiting :)

Yesss...got it today.documents returned in morning with my husband's residence certificate and rc half an hour ago.very thanks to God n of course all the board members who shared their experiences on this very helpful site.all the best for the friends who are waiting for their decisions.

oh my case is so funny, if u saw I posted here.
At 28/11 I got all the document back but not my passport and my bf new job contract.
And inside have a letter said they refused my app but I have right to appeal, the reason is they find my letter which notice them my bf changed his job and they email to that comany who confirmed his had leave the job. They sent at 18/11.
But the problem is my bf he had changed his job 2 times and we sent 2 times letter to notice them. But the contacted the wrong one (2nd job).
And then we contacted MP(email), OH(email), solvit, visited citizens advice and pray :)
At the 3/12 HO call me at the morning to ask my bf's company name, address and started date and tell me they will keep in tounch with me.
At 5/12 I received my passport and a letter(date at 3/12) say my RC will come withing 10working days.
At 7/12 I received my RC and today I received my bf's contract also.

What a hard week...

Please HELP !

Is there any number I can call for simple inquieries ? My application is (was ?) in Durham on the 23rd and I still haven't received the letter for my biometrics. I heard the letter can be lost. I just want to make sure to receive it.

I tried all day to find a number but all of them are saying to go on the website.

nothing yet. i called them.. they said i have to wait 2 weeks after the 6 months happen and then contact them.. i am already planning to call MP and solveit and put a complaint regarding this outrageous behaviour .. they are just taking the mick out of people!!

Also, guys that just applied and updated on their timeline, keep up good work, please add you timelines in the footer, so later when members of the forum will look for your month applications it will be easier for them to find you. Hi Analucidi,

It's been a bit quiet since yesterday.....
I sent across documents by special delivery, pertaining to change in employment of my husband (EEA) however RM misplaced it and it was delivered 1 day later. That was pretty annoying and worrisome. I called the HO just to confirm they received it in spite of the special delivery guarantee and acknowledgement. Hope it actually reaches the CW.

Hope there will some good news for whomever is next!

i got interview on 5/1/16,
please all may applicants update your status that what happen with your applications.
i know there is 5 to 10 peoples .

10z you should have received a decision by now. It's over 6 months. Thought they maximum decision time is 6 months... please tell us a bit more about your case.

As you applied on 23rd of june 2015.
I have applied on 1st of July as extended family member of eu national with 3 years cohabitation.

I did not get an interview letter. Haven't heard from HO since after my COA. I guess the question should be for 10z who applied since may and is receiving an interview invite for January (8 months after)

I have applied as a extended family member of eu national EFM with 3 years cohabitation but hasn't received any letter or questionnaire or interview .
I have applied on 1st July and my 6 months will be finished on 1st January 2016
