Category - Tier 1 General
Salaried + Self Employment

Here is the list of documents submitted:

*Cover Letter
*Payment sheet & Appointment confirmation
*Complete Set O form
*Passport & BRP (Main applicant & dependent)
*Two photographs each Main Applicant & Dependent
*Marriage Certificate
*Original Degree Certificates
*Professional certificates
*12 Months Bank Statements (Main Applicant)
*12 Months Pay Slips
*Letter from employer regarding absence and annual leave (though I was away only for 3 weeks in last 5yrs)
*Reference letter from employer
*Life in the UK test certificate for both Main applicant & Dependent
*Cohabitation Documents for the last 2yrs (one document per quarter for the last 2yrs for each applicant)
*I had not submitted print out of PBS calculator but it is advisable to do so
*Accountant's letter/Invoice summary
*P/L statement & balance sheet
*Invoices
*Business bank statements
*Client contracts
*Returns were amended within time and all tax due was paid off

With regards to
I had not submitted print out of PBS calculator but it is advisable to do so
up to best of my knowledge the PBS calculator is no longer available.

Can you please advise how can I access it?

I submitted nothing for English language requirement as my degree was listed in pbs calculator.

It was PEO.

congratulation , could you please tell me , did your dependent joined you before july 2012 ? , i mean did 2 year rules still apply on those dependent who are in uk before july 2012 ?

thanks for your reply , my dependent has gone twice abroad each time for about 5 months , though total time she spent uk more then two years but i have concern about 5 months stay out side uk , 5 months in one years and 5 months in second year. what you suggest ?
