4 months gone still awaiting hsmp results- URGENT !!!!!

Hi All,

I'm looking for suggestion here, my application is pending with hsmp
team since almost last 4 months & as usual those guys are just simply
saying "its with the caseworker decision will be made shortly" well
its more of call centre agent reply.

I have tried alot by calling & emailing them & after writing long email they just said some of my documents have been sent for verification so its pending.

Now Can you suggest what all option do I have have apart from waiting.
I really dont know what to do & on top how long to wait... its 4
months ...if they reject atleast I can move on & reapply or try
something else in life ...but this way its not helping .....I also
have offer letter from UK employer but that has also not helped
....Can uk employer help in this ? .

sorry to hear that your application is taking to long to answer...

Q/- Are you in london or outside london?

Q/- if you are in London then did you file HSMP Application first time?
OR
You have got the application approval and now you applied for FLR(HSMP)?

Sorry to hear that it is takin too long for a decisino to be made on ur application..well no body can tell u exactly wht is going on..if u write details of ur case a bit then one can realize whether ur case is straight forward or a bit complex...as many of cases are now a days being decided in one day..y not urs..so do write how u claim points and on which grounds..

I went through the same, but for a shorter time. Seems HO is sending more and more cases for verifications where the applicants are from Indian sub-continent (India/Pak/Bangladesh).

SEP 28: Application Sent
OCT 01: Application reached HO
OCT 01: Fee Debited
OCT 03: Got the Reference Number
NOv 26: Decision
NOV 28: Documents collected by FedEx

Finally a decision has been made on my application after 2 months. Will get the papers by 30th Nov. Will update the forum about a decision once I have the papers. Since my application went for a verification process I am not very confident about the success. I have mostly seen Denails for case that go through verification. In fact I haven't seen even one out-of-country case where the application was approved after verification.
