HSMP DEPENDENT

HI I HAVE RECENTLT APPROVED MY HSMP VISAS. I HAVE 2 CHILDS 1 IS 20 YEARS OLD AND 1 IS 15 YEARS. HENCE I WANT TO KNOW THAT CAN THEY BOTH COME WITH ME AS HSMP VISA HOLDERS DEPENDENTS? CAN THEY BOTH COME WITH ME SINCE STARTING OR I NEED TO CALL THEM AFTER I GO UK? IF 20 YEARS OLD DEPENDENT CANT COME WITH ME NOW THEN HOW CAN I CALL HIM TO JOIN ME IN THE UK? AFTER WHAT TIME? PLS. REPLY.

Your 15 year old can come as your dependent. Your 20 year old can not. He will have to look at a different visa, such as a student visa.

however pls. let me enlighten how i can call my 20 years old son later. i mean to say on what visa he is eligible to join me now or later.

He cannot come as your dependent. If he is still studying, then he can apply for a student visa or other category on his own.

whether now or later, whether you have HSMP or ILR or nationality, you can't sponsor an adult son except under very extreme circumstance.
