Tier 1 General Extension - Missed April Deadline

Hi,

I know there is an exitsing therad but need an urgent advise especially if there was a successful result in same scenario.

My Tier 1 General visa expriring in Jan 16 and I need one more extension before I can apply ILR in May 16 (as came 5 months late). Now Tier 1 extenion is closed for Main applicant and I missed April deadline. I do not want Tier 2 route (not applicable easily under my current working area).

Any advise which form I should fill in, ILR and hope for discretion or FLR (O) or any other applicable way.

Any Caseworker discretions I can point out under immigration rules so they can extend my current leave till I fullfill 5 years period in UK for ILR?

There is no option for you but to try apply/switch for a Tier 2 G.

There is no discretion regarding your Tier 1 G and not applying in time. Tier 1 G route is closed.

Can you list the exact dates? Seems, no choice but to switch to Tier 2.

unfortunately, switching seems to be the only viable option.

And given that your visa expires in 3 weeks, you have left it quite late to find and switch to a Tier 2 G sponsor if the sponsor has to complete RLMT for 28 days.
