Congrats to everyone who got their COS. All the best for the visas. Is anyone going for the Premium service?
I am planning to go for premium service. Is it available for Tier2 General?

Just a quick question l.

What's the success rate in actually getting the visa after receiving the cos. I am applying from SA.

Yes it is. I'm doing it through a lawyer,as the process looks complicated. Even I was wondering if there are any chances of visa rejection and why would there be, if all papers are in place. And what questions they usually ask in the interview?

My company applied for November's RCOS allocation but the Home Office requested additional information and this had caused a delay in the allocation for the Restricted Certificate but then they had anticipated a decision being made by them in the December allocation but nothing has been heard so far.

My points are 32.

Does anyone know what would be going on?

Anyone with similar experience?

Hi Matlondon,

Did you apply within UK? is it possible since you were tier 4 dependent? May I know did you resign and re-apply for the same position and with same employer during this process? How did you show yourself being continued in the same position and shown as per Tier 2 general rules? My wife is also in same position, she is dependant and her employer is ready to sponsor her. But we are just considering how should they show her during visa application?
