Naturalisation certificate damage applying for 1st passport?

Post by aussiegoin4it » Wed Dec 16, 2015 6:47 pm

Has anybody had their naturalisation certificate creased, folded, or otherwise damaged by the Home Office or the secure DX delivery facility as a result of applying for their first passport?

Crease and folds is not damage! It is a paper after all .. live with it.

Is that the certificate you were planning to tear up in front of everyone at your ceremony? :|
