OK to pay by Cheque?

Post by Gladiator21 » Fri Dec 18, 2015 3:35 pm

Dear Members,

I have a query regarding the payment that I am going to make to my new employee. New emoyee is asking if I can pay him by cheque?

For the extension application how will that affect if I make cheque payments?

Your valuable response will be appreciated as always.

Thank you

Thank you for your reply. I have been doing bank transfer to my other employee but not sure how the cheque payments would reflect in my statement as eventually statement would be another evidence to show the employment. And just thinking someone might have some idea as how would it affect overall in gathering all the evidences when I go for extension.

Thank you again for the reply.

It can be as suits you if they have any concerns they will verify it .many things are paid through cheque and there is no such kind of condition to definitely pay employee through bank transfer although it is a good practice to do for evidence i agree.

keep copy of cheque for your records, if any problem or concern raised then copy of cheque can resolve the issue
