Can I Claim Benefits

I need advise I was on tier 1 entrepreneur and my wife was my dependent, finally I have received ILR and my wife is still on previous status tier 1 dependant,

my concern was can I claim child benefits and child tax credit as in council benefits worker advise us we should apply these benefits but I just wanted to make sure can I apply as I m on ILR please advise

about my wife she is on tier 1 entrepreneur dependent and in this year in Dec 16 her 10 years will be completed I have plan her to take on that route,

about claiming benefits I m just worried does it effect myself or my family coz as citizen advise staff advise us we can claim
now my concern is later when my wife apply ILR does it effect her or does it effect my kids naturalization
or any other circumstance please advise I will be much more thankful
