Naturalization of UK Born Child

I need to apply for my child naturalization who born in UK. I have following questions

1. Which supporting documents do we need to attach with her application?

2. What is application fee?

3. Approximately how long is the application process?

Hi, I think the form you need is MN1

Children under 18 are REGISTERED.

Only adults are NATURALISED.

My understanding is that your child is only entitled to register as a British citizen, if one of you as the parent has become a British citizen or settled in the UK since your child was born. Settled = ILR or PR.
Reading through your recent posts it doesn't appear that this is the case. Can you confirm that your wife is due to apply for FLR(M) and you haven't yet been granted ILR?

Thanks for your reply.
I am going for ILR next month. And then soon after i will apply for child MN1 on basis of my settlement.
For my wife FLR (M) is not possible due to lack of finances so we will apply under private life for my wife.

Do we need to use nationality testing service from council for MN1?

Does HO offer same day service on MN1 for children?

Are there any kind of documents which we can prepare in advance to save time?

It is Nationality Checking Service (NCS) and it is your choice if you choose to use them or not. They copy your documents, check the form and return your originals to you.

Does HO offer same day service on MN1 for children?

No.

As I have already listed these for you, see again below. You should have all of these so don't know what else you think needs to be prepared. Read the MN1 form and the guidance notes.
