I am filling up tier 1 general (general) - online dependent visa and question I am facing is....

Does your spouse / partner currently live with you?

Should I say Yes or No, I am in UK and she is in back home... please advice thanks

Well then she is obviously not currently living with you. Is this a first time application or has she been here before/recently? Are you recently married?

Currently married and this is the first time applying for Tier 1 dependent.
