Is C Visit Visa Same for every one

Post by Hamza2013 » Thu Dec 24, 2015 2:06 pm

Hi,

With regards to short Stay C visit visa I have seen people with EU dependent mention on their Visa and some people with just visit i.e. they both have applied in same Category i.e. EU family member.

Is there any difference in both visas?

I assume they both are eligible to apply for EU1 in the country.

Please reply with your thoughts, Thanks

There is no legal requirement that:
The non-EU family member holds a specific immigration visa or status. It is fine for them to have a nationally issued visa or a student visa or a visitor’s visa or even implied status
