Reason for absent ,when you are not in job

Post by bhujata_01 » Sat Dec 26, 2015 6:49 pm

I came to UK on 1st of Jan 2011. I got my first job on 24th of April 2011 and I am still continuing in same company.
I was absent for 28days between 24 jan 2011 -21 feb 2011. My total absent for this year is 52 which is under limit.

My question is what should I say about these 28days . I can not say as a vacation as I had no job at that time.

Actually I had been to India for personal reason. Is it a problem ?
I appreciate your suggestion on this.

Can I ask one more question which is about work from home.

When I goto India ,I do work from home for 1 week.
Suppose my total leave is 3 week and out of 2 week is paid leave and 1 week Work from home(India).

What should I mention about this leave.

Victims of domestic violence applying for settlement are not subject to "absences from UK" restriction.
