Hi Friends

I have got ILR last year after Tier 1 .

Now i want to apply ILR for my wife who was my TIer 1 dependent so far . Could you please guide which application form to use SET (M) or SET (O) ?

I have searched forum and still confused ..

If she still has a Tier 1 G Dependent visa then she can only apply for ILR using Set(O).
