Tier 1 dependant visa for UK newborn from India

Tier 1 dependant visa for UK newborn from India

Hello everyone

I am travelling to India with my 2 month UK born child and wife. Me and my wife has valid visa for next jan2017. I am thinking to apply visa for my newborn from India. I just want to make sure, Is that easy to get visa from India as apply from UK is bit expensive and I don't have much time i need to go urgently for my brother's marriage.

What documents do i need for newborn baby's visa ?

Can anyone help us?

Tier 1 extension due next year. Its a just dependant child visa

It is the same process as your other dependent went through. Tier 1 Ent dependent with supporting documents and you will have to pay the immigration health surcharge too.

Hi,

Documents list.

Birth certificate of UK
Passport
3 months bank statements
accountant letter which explaining yr last three months income and you are director of the company
incorporation certificate
lease
yr visa and passport copy
