Integra Screening form

Where can you download the Integra screening form? I could only find the VAF2 form on VFS site.

Also how many employer details needs to be provided in the integra screening form - one or 2?

You have to give the details of your employers of recent 1 year. If you have worked in 2 companies, you have to give to details of 2 employers

Thanks for the form Paul. Although I did get a photocopy of the form from VFS enquiry, it was really a very poor photo copy. Yours is much clearer.

Can you please refrain from dropping one liners on the forum like "send this to my email id", and "thanks for the form."? The forum is meant to be useful for others, and such messages just create spam.

There are people like me who come to the forum to add to our knowledge.

No offense meant, I think you should use PM for this purpose.

I am sure most would agree.
