Help Filling FLR M Form

My friend have some queries regarding his FLR M Application form pls give some advice.

His wife got ILR last months and now he is planning to apply in jan2016 as her partner, while filling the form (FLR M) we stuck in Section 7A - Financial requirement:-


Both Income details are:-
Her:- job 1) currently have part-time Hourly paid job since march 2011 ( Earned around 14K in last 12 months jan15-dec15)
2) temporary job from jan2015 - march2015 (Earned around 2k while working)

His :- job 1) currently have part-time Hourly paid job since nov 2015 ( Earned around 1.2K so far)
2) currently have part-time Hourly paid job since nov 2013 ( Earned around 3K from jan15-dec15)
2) Had another hr paid job since 2013 but left in sep2015 (Earned around 3k from jan15-sep15).

1) Which Category they are in ( A or B)?

2)in point no Xii under section 7.3A they ask "Contact details of your/your sponsor’s current (and, if you or your sponsor answered ‘yes’ at (vi), earlier) employer / employment - address, phone number, email address" there is no yes or no option in (vi) so is that a error?

What route did his wife apply for ILR (5 years residence or 10 years residence)?

He is holding student dependent visa.
She got Ilr on 10 year residence.

You started your post by saying it is for your friend and your last post says it is for you.

You need to be clear on who you are posting for. If for your friend, then maybe he should post about his own circumstances.

The income needs to be current and meet the requirement at the time of application as far as I am aware, not be income that has been earned months ago.

I think;

For six month rule -

Person on ILR countable earnings, £14,000

Applicant, £7,200

Total, £21,200

But we'd need to know last six-monthly per-month breakdown as UKVI take the lowest and multiply by 12.

For 12 month rule -

Person on ILR countable earnings, £16,000

Applicant, £7,200

Total, £23,200

No requirement for per-month breakdown.

All assuming no self-employment or tax issues.

WRT Q2. Idk since I can't see the online form without filling it in myself.

Also make allowances for the fact it's my first day back after the holidays and my thinking may well be tardy.
