Hi All,
I've got a query which I'm hoping to get a clarification on.
Current Situation:-
I, my Wife and my 3 year Old son have Tier 1 untill 2017. I've applied for ILR during mid jan 16 for myself and my wife.
I am planning to apply for MN1 for my son soon after my ILR application is successful via NCS. I've read on harrow NCS the following:
"At the time of your appointment your application form and documents will be checked. The documents will be photocopied and submitted in support of your application. This means that you will be able to travel using your current foreign passport while your application for Citizenship is being considered by UK Visas and Immigration. If you intend to travel during this time, the journey must be made at least 5 working days after the documents have been checked. Your application will be forwarded to the offices of UK Visas and Immigration in Liverpool for consideration on the day of your appointment."
I've got a travel plans sometime in April 16 but considering the current timelines I am unsure if I would complete the process for my Son before travel date.
Query :-
In April, Will it be Ok for my son to travel with as Tier-1 dependent but we have ILR? (assuming his registration is still in process)
Thanks,
Jay
