has the home office / tribunal court services made any other demands in form of documents from you???
I.e. up to date bank statement s or up to date wage slip s ??? along with proof of the English test certificate.

I tried to be as detailed as possible and I do dua that Allah makes your duas kabul and gives your sabr as everything happens for a reason

can you please tell me whats the procedure of NHS fee submission once the appeal has been withdrawn.
you need to create a new Visa4Uk account, fill it all in and then when you get to the IHS part you fill it and and pay then stop do not continue as that is all you need and you dont want to pay for an new application, you can email them your IHS reference number I will give you emal address below as they will take uo to two weeks to contact you to ask for IHS fee, this is all your choice, any further questions PM or reply on here

One week but you should know that it will be delayed until you pay IHS fee, you can wait for them to contact you which can take time or just pay it yourself to speed uo process

I have appealed. The money was taken from my account the following day. Can someone give me some advice about how to get the mp involved, what are the benefits of this, and what should the mp say in the letter ? Thank you

hopefully they can push for a court date. explain everything to them dont leave nothing out.


just had a call from my MP's secretary she said they posted out a letter to me today, but she dont know what its about she wasnt the one who sent it lol how many bloody secretary does an MP have. SO NERVOUS NOW :(

Thank you for the reply. So i need to see the mp, explain my situation and they can push for a court date? Can they refuse to do this for me, and will there be charges for this? Also, when does the mp letter have to be sent by?

got a reply from my MP he got a letter from the management team of uk visa & immigration.

basically says wait for a court date. If you want to expedite it give us a reasons why errrm i dunno how her dad,and both her grandparents passing away she so stressed there!! would these considered as compelling or compassionate grounds ? :x :(

No updates tbh. I have contacted the immigration officer and tribunal. They are still reviewing it. I really hope it is positive otherwise waiting for court dates takes forever.
