ILR postal application along with FLR for Wife ?

Hi,

I am currently on Tier1 General going to apply for ILR next month. My wife has joined me 3 months back.
I am considering to apply for ILR through post. I am aware that she can extend her stay under PBS dependant category along with my postal application.

My question is, can she apply for FLR at the same time as my ILR postal application?

Your help advice much appreciated Thanks.

Yes, she will have to pay the £500 immigration health surcharge before submitting her application.

You would also have to write a covering letter asking HO to consider her application once your ILR is decided.
