COS Salary incorrect

Post by Adevra » Mon Jan 04, 2016 5:30 pm

Hi,

My employer has recently issued COS for my Tier 2 Visa extension. However, I have a doubt with respect to the salary they have mentioned.
The salary mentioned in the COS is 35000 for 2186 band which is more than 31000, so it should be ok.
However, my gross salary is 35000 but my basic salary is 32000.
Since, my basic salary is still above the minimum threshold of 31100 , am I eligible to apply for Tier 2 Visa? Does the salary mentioned in COS represents basic salary or Gross Salary?

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

On Saturday, you said you were made redundant recently! So how come today you have "recently" been issued a CoS for "visa extension"?

One ID = one individual = One immigration history.
Period!!

If asking on behalf of someone, say so!! But don't become that person for the sake of getting answers.
