FLR(M) - Spouse ILR LR on Hold

Dear Moderators,

Please reply as its a matter or life and death (my wife has gone in depression)

My ILR application has been held for further checks and I have tax issues.

Now She has got leave till 1 March 2016. When can I apply for her FLR(M) and as right now I am a director and 100% share holder of a company. I have taken a Dividend of £32000 so far from the company and have paid my wife a salary of £11000 so far. Its medium to high net worth business. I would be really thankful if you can answer following:
1. When can I apply for FLR M for her. (my file is still under consideration for Set LR)
2. How can I show the financial requirements? can I submit my £32000 Dividend Vouchers as I have one Son as well.

1. She can apply anytime before her current visa expires. If your ILR is still not decided, her application will also be put on hold until yours is decided. If your is refused, hers will be refused.

2. For self employed, you have to submit 12 months worth of evidence and be able meet the evidential requirements of Appendix FM-SE
