Confused for ILR Dependent Form (If they will apply by Post)

Post by susheel » Sun Jan 03, 2016 11:15 pm

Hi,

I am on Tier 1 General visa form March 2011. My family ( Wife + 2 Kids) joined me as my dependents in UK in Feb 2012.
I will apply for ILR after 15 Feb 2016 through the in-person Premium Service for my self by using ( SET_O__Version_11-15.pdf ) form. After getting a decision on my ILR application I will apply for my dependents ILR by Post.

But I am not sure which form to use for the Dependents Application. Is it (SET_M__11_15.pdf) or (SET_O__Version_11-15.pdf) ?

Also please clarify if I need to apply on 3 separate forms for them or can I apply for my 2 daughters (aged 11 and 7 ) on the same form as my wife.

SET(O)
You can apply as the partner or child of a tier 1, 2 or 5 visa-holder who has settled in the UK wrote:Children (dependants)
Your child under 18 can apply on your application form if they’re eligible.

Dear Vinny,

Thanks for the reply. But it's not clear dependent will apply by post in that case Do we have to fill 3 separate form (Set-O) for them (Wife + 2 daughters (aged 11 and 7 )) or Only One form for all (2 Kids as dependent of spouse).

Please clarify. I would be thankful to you.

There is no 's' after 'form'. Implies singular. One form is sufficient.
