schengen visa for spouse

Dear all

could you please help me or advice me on this matter.


i am British citizen i have being working in Germany 2 years ago support my wife and my kids to come over to Germany and after the UK,as i have used directive 2004/38/ec then we are divorced now,i am planing going back to Germany to live this time maybe for many years i am engage already with girl in Iraq i would like go to exercise treaty rights in Germany in the may this year.

my qustion is

German embassy in ankara can refuse my spouse application because of my previous marriage or i have used directive 2004/38/ec ?

Only grounds for refusal under EU rules would be on public safety or public health or national security type reasons.

None of which seems to apply to you - so go for it.

i was worry about it because of this second time to giting marred and useing detective 2004/38/ec ,yes on may i will move to germany.

People with sham marriage may not succeed otherwise should be all good.
