i have applied flr m Extension -2 years plus ago i had firs flrm visa now extension -
i am a director of my own limited company and my wife and me work in our limited company me being the sole shareholder and Director-
My accountant told me i am an employee of the company because its a limited company and same my wie is an employee-
we applied 2 months ago - now i got a letter from ukba asking for a letter from my employer about my and my wife employment contract is it temporary or permanent- also length of employment - gross annual salary
my question is
a) as being the director and sole shareholder should i write a letter saying i am employee of the company and position is permanent same for my wife on company letter head?
b) or should my accountant in my shop write a letter on our behalf on our company letter head about our employment?
in visa application i have said i am sales director and wife is manager.
