This will be my MPs 3rd attempt at getting some sort of response the previous 2 responses were useless.

I just pray that inshallah we are granted our visa asap. Its gettin difficult and becoming a very time consuming process.

My wife visa has been refused twice as I applied again after 1st refusal to skip the long process of appeal. But it was refuse again and grounds were rubbish that why application is after 4 months of the marriage and ECO completely ignored my 1st Application which I mentioned in my second application.

My appeal review deadline is 08-02-2016. It is January and I did not get any feedback. I met my MP and her secretary sent her representation to home office and got a reply after about a month that the representation has been sent to visa section Islamabad.

Could you please let me know what else I can do or what else MP can do speed or chase it up. You mentioned that your MP tried 3 times to get them moving.

Please advise.

If your previous msg was directed to me then i think youve misunderstood. My appeal is still under process. I have had my MP contact them twice this will now be my 3rd attempt.
My review deadline is in feb. Keep us updated as your deadline is before ours.

Whereas raymandosnr has had their decision overturned and visa granted.

No updates tbh. I have contacted the immigration officer and tribunal. They are still reviewing it. I really hope it is positive otherwise waiting for court dates takes forever.

I have been watching this forum for a while but not posted

I remember reading a comment from yourself with the refusal reason being the same as what i recieved.

Not meeting financial requirements (i earn £30,000 p.a), working at 3 different employers including Antonios pizza and 2other firms (which clearly i do not)

I appealed the decision which they decided to remain the same and i then got a court date for july this year.

I decided to go to my local MP which i told the circumstances of the case and he sent the Home Office an email. This took about 8weeks but they reviewed my application and granted the visa.

They requested the passport so the visa could be stamped, they gave a timescale of 4weeks but it took nearly 9 weeks to come back stamped

I dont know if thats much help but the refusal reason was the exact same. So i thought i would let you know the process that i went through.

Alhamdulillah my wife is due to come this weekend..

Salam i am confused about one thing you wrote
You said that you appealed and you got a court date and then you went to the mp and the mp emailed home office amd then they reviewed your case and granted your wife the visa. Does that mean you appealed twice??

You just have to wait for a bit. They will contact you or your solicitor and you will then recieve receive a review deadline.

well im not really sure lol.

i got in contact with MP and he must of asked to for it to expediated i told him about my wifes situation she lost her dad and both grandparents since we got married and its really effecting her. i couldnt even make it back home for the funerals

never have i felt so pathetic and weak as man, a husband should be able console his wife in her time of need

Its weird how nobody with feb deadline has got any updates from the home office. I think there are delays due to xmas and new year holidays being in the way. If anyone receives any kind of update please let us all know.

your case is now in a waiting list, and they have no idea where you are in that list no idea of when you will get your court date. they take your money every which they can and dont care!
