ILR with SP10 and SP10 Pls Help

Hi there,

Seeking Help in my ILR application.

Got driving points twice sp10 in Jan 15, and Sp30 in may 15.
accepted the offence got points 3 & 3 with fine 100.

Now planning to apply for Long residence 10year ILR.
Will these points affect my application? even in application form they dont ask for speeding offence..

pls help..

You should be ok, just declare them on another sheet - these things are not so much about wrong doings more about honesty in admitting to them.

i am also planning to apply LR but i have 3 points for mobile use while driving,
i think we both need help so kindly stay in touch and we should fill it up
and really careful for what we write in it.
