Minimum salary requirement for switching employers

hi,

I'm currently on tier 2 sponsored visa, but I want to switch to different employer offering me different job from soc code.
what will be the minimum requirement for my salary. will it be same as new entrant salary for new soc code??
or will it be experienced entrant category?

please advice!
