My company has got a CoS GRANTED for me with these details for 3 years (Feb 2016 to Jan 2019)
My Salary current is £30,500
They have agreed to raise it in below mentioned way -
Basic Salary = £32,500
Guaranteed Bonus = £2,500 at the end of 1 year from date of re-joining (somewhere from Mar 2016 to Mar 2017)
My New Salary with Guaranteed Bonus = £35,000 (not for all 3 years, but until I receive my first bonus)
Would this suffice SALARY REQUIREMENTS when I apply for TIER 2 VISA with new offer letter stating above details?
What shall I ask them to raise my salary upto?
Shall I ask them to prepare a contract stating my Basic as £35,000 and no guaranteed bonuses?
Or The proposed Salary hike will work, when I apply for Tier 2 Visa with This GRANTED COS?
