EC apllication from Turkey

Hi ,
I am now ready to apply for EC after receiving HSMP approval letter.
I looked the www.britishembassy.gov.uk to learn about the necessery documents for EC. the url for documents is

In the web site it says that I need to give the work permit document(I guess its the HSMP approval letter) and also confirmation document about the work permit that I own.Does anybody know anything about the confirmation document?
is there anybody who applied for EC in Turkey?
help will be vey highly appreciated.

Hello Anthopogon,
There was a small typo in the link. A small spelling mistake. The link is http://www.ec-hsmp.blogspot.com. You typed it blogspost instead of blogspot.
