cmr held in asylum cases to check if the parties are ready to proceed with full hearings.dont worry about case weaker or stronger.
i know some asylum seekers who submitted fake documents to home office, and got refused for same reason, but court invited them for cmr hearing
when is ur hearing date and where?

home office will usually refuse most people, i am not a dreamer.I think the appeal is a good chance, lots of people successful in appeal process.

If u are given right to appeal after fresh claim refusal, that mean your fresh claim was taken into account by home office. I n your case you haven't heard from them since 6 month , I think is a good sign, if refusal u can get right to appeal. mine was refused just after 3 month from the date I submit. when did u claim asylum?

Well.... That means u absconded... If u hav children...may b dey wil give u a bit of relief.. Bt if u dont have kids...den...whenever ur found..u wil b removed pretty fast...u shud have used ur appeal right... But now that u have lost that opportunity...only thing u can do is make further submission/fresh claim... U will have to first get an is96...temp admision and u wil b put on reporting....den only u wil be able to make fresh claim in liverpool.. Because of ur actions...and if u dont have kids...dey can refuse it and certify it pretty quickly... Anyway... Its better for u to seeke a proper legal advice from a proper solicitor...not like the previous one...good luck

How old r ur kids...and how long have u been in UK?
I think if they have certified it and/or not given u appeal right...u can apply for Judicial review.
Can you also share after how long they refused ur fresh claim?

Its pointless resurrecting these old posts.
These members posted once or twice then left; in this case 8 months ago.
