Hi All,
I would like to know whether the child born in the UK and is 5 years old can apply for British nationality.
the child doesn't hold any passport but parents having ongoing judicial review. I believe that the child is stateless in such circumstances and can apply for the nationalty but I would like doublecheck with the rest of the group members.
please help.

The child is not stateless. The child assumes the same nationality as the parents.

thank you for your reply.
the issue here is like this.
visa expired in july-2011 but application made before that date. child is born in november/2011.
so when child was born parents were not having any status only covered by 3c.
