OCI Signature Scan new born HELP!

Hi

I need to apply for OCI for my newborn child. I need to upload signature for a baby which I understand is a thumb print for less than 5yr old but also it states signature of both parents in the form.

but for the scan and upload section do we do both OR is it just the thumb print please?
It isn't very clear

I have just confimed with VFS, we need to upload only the child's thumb impression. Both parents signature has to be in the declaration form, in the printout.
