Just to clarify this point because you have posted your initial question in the British Citizenship forum . You don't need to do biometric enrollment for the PR application.Only non-EEA nationals need to submit Biometrics.

Once I get my PR - assuming all is well and I will get it - I will look into passing the Life and Language test. Then am I right in thinking I need to have had my PR for a year before applying for naturalisation? So for example if I get PR in March I can't actually proceed with anything till March 2017?
