Regarding Previous earnings for salaried

Hi,

I'm planning to apply HSMP. The periods covered for pervious earnings December 2006 to November 2007. In india, March is the completion of the
financial year. Hence, I've Income tax return evidance only for December 2006-March 2006. I've bank statements for the whole period (December 2006 - November 2007).

In this case, How can i proceed while showing evidance for Previous earnings?

Either showing bank statements for full period (12 months) under exceptional case (or) showing income tax return for first three months and the remaining nine months under exceptional case by showing bank statements?

I've payslips for the 12 months (December 2006 - November 2007).


My Question is whether i need to submit Bank statement for 12 months or 4 months IT return + 8 months Bank statement. Because, I've only IT return for last year (April2005-March 2006). I'm not yet retunred IT for this financial year 2007 (April 2006 - March 2007).

You can submit all 12 bank statements and IT return for 4 months.... just mention them that the IT return does not cover the full period claimed and thus you are sending the bank statements as exceptional evidence.....
