Hello everybody who is waiting for appeal, my wife's visa appeal is on Monday 25th January 2016, we submitted the orignal application on 27th January 2015 in Islamabad, so it has taken a full year to get to the appeal date, I will keep the forum posted on the outcome, please pray for us!!

I just need to ask a quick question but a very tricky one. i have to apply for my spouse settlement uk visa ,we married back on 14/4/2015 in Pakistan and 2 days later I returned back to uk though before getting married we were in a relationship and met quite few times. how does this meeting gap will impact in regard to getting her a settlement visa?

Asalamolaykum All, I miss my wife dearly and have been away from her for 19+ months. We have appealed and are now waiting for a court date. Could anyone let me know if they have had a court date come through and what is the timescale.

the only way to speed that up is sabr and keep prying , i emailed the tribunal asking for the bundle , they did reply and after a week they sent the bundle and a letter from the immigration stating that they sticking with there decision so im waiting for court date ,i called the tribunal sever time ,they told me that im on the queu ,

At the moment 5-7 months after deadline... I've been listed for court 4 months ago and still nothing! Some people 5/6 months still nothing

It's best just to reapply if u are able to do so

I called the tribunal today and they said they still haven't heard from the home office which means my case is still getting reviewed. I guess anything can happen.

My review deadline is 8th of February. I did not get any news. yet. Please do let me know if you get any feedback. As yours is before me.I contacted my MP and she sent an email to enquire about it last week. So waiting for the MP reply as well.

u have to show proof as to where u got the money from e,g a letter stating its yours, who u got it from etc, bank transfer statements and any other proof would be great but savings have to be in your account for minimum of 6 months

i don't mean to put a downer on anyone but if your deadline is any date in February u should have heard by now as there is only 5 weeks left until February ends therefor 9/10 weeks of deadline gone. people who are successful in review normally know by 6/7th week, personally the last time iv'e heard of anyone getting the visa in review was in December

My appeal is still going on even though my wife got her visa and in the UK since December, I cannot stress how important the power of a willing MP to fight your case is as some they need a friendly please, a small nudge or a kick up the backside as they have the power to get you your visa WITHIN reason meaning the evidence was present and the eco was lazy like in my case, Inshallah I do dua that you get your cases resolved and be reunited with your loved ones.

Hi can you please tell us what is happening now with your appeal even thou your wife has visa stamped and based on the evidence you gave after refusal did ukvi ask for bank statements and wage slips? As further proof with your grounds of appeal and bundle?

Could you tell me who your MP is at least I can make a reference to my MP just seems some are really useless.
Really gutted having to go through all this just because they couldnt verify results, we getting punished for the flaw in their system.

Looking very Bleak at Mo, the wife is getting very depressed/stressed and so am I now.

You should call the tribunal to find out whats going on, you never know they may even have your bundle or something.

I did call them today and they told me that it is still with visa section in Islamabad. So finger crossed and hope for the best. Plz do update me if you get any news and I will do the same.

Yes I contacted them yesterday, basically they cant tell me anything until the ECO responds, by the way my review date is 3rd of February, refused on basis of not being able to verify my wifes results on cambridge website. Got MP involved and still no response. Makes me wonder if MP is actually doing something or not, hmmm.....

I am going through exactly same situation. My case was refused because they said it cannot be verified on Cambridge website. I appealed after two weeks and provided them with the following;

*Statement of entry
*My login details
*Screenshots of the my account when logged in on Cambridge website
*Solicitor's letter

I got a letter after 4 weeks (in November 2015) confirming they have received my documents and now they will reply in the 3rd week of February 2016. My father in law asked local MP to write a letter. MP told us he will write a letter to the first tribunal and one copy of that letter will be sent to us. We did not receive any letter until 8th week. So my father in law called MP's office and he was told by the MP's secretary that they have not got a reply yet from the immigration but then after few days we received a letter from MP which said they have been told by immigration that this process is going to take 9-12months. Makes me wonder too whether MP wrote a letter in the first place or not? By the way my review date is in 3rd week of next month. Please let me know about your outcome/progress on wife's visa. Thanks

This will be my MPs 3rd attempt at getting some sort of response the previous 2 responses were useless.

I just pray that inshallah we are granted our visa asap. Its gettin difficult and becoming a very time consuming process.
