Question about the SOC Code-Urgent

Hi All,

I have to apply for my tier 2 extension visa in some time. I wanted to know the if the SOC code assigned to me on my current Tier 2 visa will be the same if my job role has been the same when I apply for the tier 2 extension Visa? Beacuse based on this, I want to understand the salary requirement for tier 2 extension visa when i apply.

Also I wanted to know if there is a requirement of RLMT on Tier 2 extension visa?

Yes, it will be the same provided your employer used one from SOC 2010 list.

No RLMT required for extension applications.

Thanks for the reply, I have one more query. Will I be considered experienced worker when I apply for Tier 2 extension.

If this T2 extension is taking your total duration on T2 visa beyond 3 years, it has to be experienced rate.
