good morning everyone ,

i have to apply my ILR in 2 months , my wife has tier 1 general dependent .
when i apply for my ILR , should my wife apply for IlR , or extension of tier 1 general dependent .

What is her visa issue date?

When did she first arrive in the UK?

my expiry date is 19th april , same for her .
but she got visa issued on jan 2014 , she came to uk in feb 2014.

Extension as Tier 1 G Dependent. She does not qualify for ILR. She needs 5 years residence as your PBS Dep before she can apply, so Feb 2019.
