Visit visa from Pakistan - widow - Financial ties evidence?

Hello,

My mother in law is applying for a visit visa from Pakistan. HO requires to prove financial and personal ties to the country.

They have not listed any examples as what would concrete evidence as what constitute 'personal ties.' She is a widow and all her children are grown up and reside in Pakistan.

My question is what can be regarded as evidence for her personal ties i.e. her children? What else can be considered personal ties?

Any Property in her name :
Any regular income coming monthly
Her children passports copy's along with Nadra Family Certificate .
Enough liquid funds available in bank account
Bank statements covering the 6 months period

She lives with her eldest son and is being supported by him. She does have a bank account but no regular monthly income. Would this be an issue and how to bypass this?

Her children passports copy's along with Nadra Family Certificate

Children's passport only has deceased father's name. Would any document showing the widow status help with this?

How much is enough ? Is there any HO guidance on this?
