Hi can you please tell us what is happening now with your appeal even thou your wife has visa stamped and based on the evidence you gave after refusal did ukvi ask for bank statements and wage slips? As further proof with your grounds of appeal and bundle?
no they ONLY ask for evidence which you submitted that it to do with your refusal, in my case it was my English certificate authentication so I gave English certificate confirmation etc only, as for my appeal I will withdraw it when my solicitor comes back as her father is ill

Hi
Jazakallah for the duas hope all goes well for you too, ameen.
Could you tell me who your MP is at least I can make a reference to my MP just seems some are really useless.
Really gutted having to go through all this just because they couldnt verify results, we getting punished for the flaw in their system.

Looking very Bleak at Mo, the wife is getting very depressed/stressed and so am I now.

Thanks in Advance

ANY UPDATESSSSS??????.....!!

Had anyone called tribunal. What have they said??
Hi,

Yes I contacted them yesterday, basically they cant tell me anything until the ECO responds, by the way my review date is 3rd of February, refused on basis of not being able to verify my wifes results on cambridge website. Got MP involved and still no response. Makes me wonder if MP is actually doing something or not, hmmm.....
Hi there,

I am going through exactly same situation. My case was refused because they said it cannot be verified on Cambridge website. I appealed after two weeks and provided them with the following;

*Statement of entry
*My login details
*Screenshots of the my account when logged in on Cambridge website
*Solicitor's letter

I got a letter after 4 weeks (in November 2015) confirming they have received my documents and now they will reply in the 3rd week of February 2016. My father in law asked local MP to write a letter. MP told us he will write a letter to the first tribunal and one copy of that letter will be sent to us. We did not receive any letter until 8th week. So my father in law called MP's office and he was told by the MP's secretary that they have not got a reply yet from the immigration but then after few days we received a letter from MP which said they have been told by immigration that this process is going to take 9-12months. Makes me wonder too whether MP wrote a letter in the first place or not? By the way my review date is in 3rd week of next month. Please let me know about your outcome/progress on wife's visa. Thanks :)
Push your MP as they gave us this reply first and I made my MP write to them again telling them they have to review it now as it is their mistake and all they are doing is making us go through a tick box excersie when its their fault form the start

we got rejection on the basis that we didnt supply enough evidence to show that our relationship is genuine. this is ur second application. we applied for fiance visa. but the thing is that ECO lied about that. Because we did supply all documents including our facetime records, whatsapp messages, picture, trips, my husband visits and money transfer papers every month of two years. now we are confused whether to reapply or to go for appeal? do you people thing our ECO decision ll be overturn if supply all documents with appeal at the review stage? because as this is not a big issue or to involve MP as well?
please help if someone faced the same situation.

Did yours mp wrote Home Office a letter as in my opinion after struggling so much ,realizes this fact that Mps are not willing to help you out unless they belong to Labour party as in the case of @Raymadosnr brother .My Mp gave lame excause as you dont have HO reference number couldn't able to talk to home office .
There is significant delays as there is a couple of immigration judges available ,everage appeal hearing date is available after 8 months of review deadline.
A painful prolonged wait is ahead .(God forbid)

Yes our mp is in Labour Party

I sent my refusal notes

My pending of appeal note letter

And a letter with almost everything explained I think she's should know

Of the refusal decision and what and how I argue and disagree with their decision

points they have used against me are very untrue and I've soild evidence to prove them wrong

A quick question. Is it possible to that I submit appeal by myself without involving any solicitor and representative as my husband? Is it important to involve any solicitor for appeal?
