Yes I m doing it by my own. But I am confused about the appeal grounds. That do we need to write appeal grounds with reference to immigration rules e-g articles and all.

Can you please guide me that is it possible to submit appeal without a solicitor n is it important to refer grounds of appeal to the immigration rules or we can write in any way? Does this MP thing is useful becoz people are saying that nowadays they are dragging every case to court. Please guide me. Secondly what mp should do exactly? Our refusal was based on stupid groups that Eco is not satisfied with the evidence we provided for our relationship. Though we provided everything with dates. So they basically lied.

Salam brother I hope too you will get soon good news by the grace of Allah Almighty .brother you still got hearing date much quicker .Appeals are generaly prolonged to one year and in these days one year plus and this time starts from lodging appeal not initial application. If i will get hearing date at the month of my initial application i should consider myself luckiest one.

I had a solicitor do my MP even though I knew I could do it myself but I wanted the extra help and having an MP is not a guaranteed visa stamp but it is a strong asset in getting one so I would highly advise it

salam brother, as far as I know or my experience , expedition request usually forwarded to judge within 24hours to 48 hours even I submitted my evidences but judge reject it within 2 hours so its useless to do such type of request my mp did request them but all in vain. There is just two judges for whole appeals so what we are supposing from them.

Salaam, my review deadline is on 15th February 2016 and I've asked my MP twice to write a letter or do something for me before the review deadline and his response on both occasions was that he can't intervene during an appeal and that he can only help after the review deadline.
How come your MP sent a letter? Can you tell me who your MP is? And what did you ask them to do?

Mine is labour MP and I must say that she was very helpful and did the most what can be done within their domain. She wrote an email to home office and asked them to send MP representations to the visa section to consider. They replied back in three weeks that the representations have been sent to visa section.
But until now there are no updates. I contacted my MP and she sent a query again on 11th of Jan and awaiting reply from them

So let's see and fingers crossed because my deadline is 8th of Feb.

U only recieve appeal bundle once u have a court date
I found out on 2nd day of eid it was eid day in pakistan
I just called up and they told me embassy had sent the bundle back and that i was put into the listing system for a court date

My advice to anyone would be only appeal if u think it would be successful at review stage its a too long process might as well reapply also if u dont hear back in the 5-7 weeks of review stage then its most likely going to court
