When to apply - advice needed

Hi All,

I will like some advice regarding when to apply for ILR. My timeline is:
Initial application - 25th August 2011 to 25th August 2013
Extension - 17th August 2013 to 17th August 2016

My question is - can I apply 28 days to the expiry of my current visa i.e. 17/08/2016 or do I have to count it as 28 days from 25/08/2016?

What visa category is that you are one or had?

What date did you ENTER the UK?

Visa category is Tier 1 General

Initial application was in country.

28 days before the fifth anniversary of your initial grant of Tier 1 General.
