It is Set(O) if she is a PBS Dependent visa holder.

Her biometric card says Pbs dependent from 02/2013 to 02/2016, while initial entry clearance was tier-1 general partner 05/12/2011, I already had my ILR when i applied for her extention.

Is she still qualify under 2 year route, rules previous to 09/07/2012?

Thank you,
Yes.

No, she is a dependent not a main applicant. She only completes the form as main applicant.

hi members,

I have started filling in SET-O form for my wife now, details are in above thread.

1)-she will be applying as 2 year route however in SECTION-3 of SET-O form, there is no option to choose for PBS dependent. I was reading other threads and some members mentioned to tick PBS dependent.

for dependents, there is only Tier-1 dependent and Tier-2 dependent options on SET-O form.

2)-Do I need to send my original passport and photograph as well with only dependent ilr application?

please advise,
thank you.

1. But you have said she is a Tier 1 G Dependent. So what is confusing you as Tier 1 G Dependent is clearly written at the top of page 12.

2. Not sure about your passport but you don't need to send your photo, it is not YOUR application. She is the 'main applicant' on Set(O).

Hi,
She was initialy granted entry clearance as Tier 1dep. After my ILR bacy in Dec-2012 she got extension as PBS dependent(as appears on BRPcard). Hence i was asking of PBS dep option on set-o form.

So shoulf i select Tier -1 Dependent on the form?

Please advise,
Thanks.

Even though it says 'PBS Dependent' she is still a dependent under the Tier 1 G category.

PBS Dependent is for Tier 4, Tier 2 and Tier 1 dependents.
