Sending Additional EU1 document

Hi,

Just to confirm, when sending additional document in regards to EU1 application how to refer them to your application.

Is there any thing additional to name and date of birth to mention in covering letter?

If you have application number then add that on cover letter.

I also added our names, dob, passport numbers and address.

Also date we applied.

Thanks for the response, just to clarify we missed to write surname on one of our application shall we resend all application form only again ? I know it's important detail but it's one of the three part of name I.e. Can be found on passport copies attached, what do u suggest? Thanks

Nothing to worry about.

They have your passport copies and add on covering letter.

I will get every thing ready i.e. bills with additional part of name (surname) just in case if they ask.
