is this home office mistake?

Post by fv1 » Tue Jan 26, 2016 2:09 pm

Hello gurus,

i am currently on T2 general i was issued T2 in May 2014 till may 2019.(5 years). i was under 26 when i applied for visa. my soc code is (3545) and my cos state salary of 22.000.i got degree from here so my empolyer was exempted rom RLMT. now i applied for my wife dependant visa which is deffered since for last 5 months. as i was reading those who got tier 2 for more than 3 years needs to have experienced salary. but i got it for 5 years on new entrant salary, is this is the error or as i was under 26 at the time of application thats why they considered me as new entrant.

can anyone guide please.

regards
