Query Reg: Rejection Rate & Refund of Visa fees

Hi all,
I'm planing to go for Tier 2 General Visa,
Need to know the following details:

What is the Rejection Rate of the Tier 2 General Visas ?
Will the fees that i paid will be refunded?
What will the turn around time for the processing ?

Also need to know Which application has the least chance of rejection 3 year Visa or 5 Year Visa?

rejection percentages are not published. fees for rejected application is not returned. search ukvi website for timescales for processing for each country.
visas are point based, they are not on discretion of anyone. if you have everything in place, they dont get rejected.
